Oak: 1290 to 1360 Janka - American's floor

Our Grand Antique Oak is a random mix of red and white oak that creates a natural, warm palette of nutty brown tones with a hint of reddish highlights scattered throughout. You'll see tight grain, knots, insect marks and occasional signs of previous use that add to its beauty and proof of age. And, since yourfloor represents the entire timber; you’ll see "V" cathedral grain patterns typical of flat-sawn planks, and "tigering" associated with quarter-sawn oak. The wood is hard and durable; great for high traffic areas, kids and pets.
